Alabini National Youth Council held her maiden YOUTHS/LEADERS SUMMIT on the 28th October 2024 at Matho Crystal hotels Yenagoa Bayelsa state.

The Programme was chaired by Capt. Paul Mandela Ogoun the CEO of Paul Ogoun foundation
It was an epoch making event with the first speaker Comr EMOMOTIMI CHARLES SATURDAY addressing the challenges facing entrepreneurship and the solutions using our resources as youths and leaders from the Alabini enclave, Bayelsa and Nigeria at large
The second speaker Hon. Engr. Lawrence Lokiri the INC TARAKIRI CLAN CHAIRMAN spoke elaborately on empowering ALABINI YOUTHS as agents of change for the common man.
There after the third speaker in person of πππππππππ ππππππππππππ ππ ππππππ OWEIMO EBI PERABOH (PSC) Who was the keynote speaker of the event, discussed with the youths and leaders on the VISION FOR GREATNESS. In her address she emphasized on the importance of vision with a phrase "A MAN WITHOUT VISION FOR GREATNESS IS NO DIFFERENT FROM BLIND MAN OR EVEN WORSE".
The president of the Council Comr Funkepere ThankGod in his remark advised the youths of the region to not be dependent and always stand for what they believe in and to always put in their bests to actualizing their childhood dreams no matter the storm they face in the process.
The president also unveiled the beneficiaries of the ongoing two weeks skill acquisitions on how to produce paints and painting to the youths and leaders of ALABINI
He also presented award of excellence to Comr. Solomon Charles Ikpaka for his uncommon love and commitment towards the development of Niger communities especially the ALABINI communities.
The event was brought to an end by a closing prayer offered by the Councilor Representing Ward 12 Ekeremor LGA Bayelsa state Pst Mrs Emienboh James Boloupremor.
