Our attention has been drawn to the misplaced allegation against the Honourable Minister for petroleum state, Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri concerning the issues faced in the oil sector in Nigeria by some members of Ijaw youth council worldwide.
It is dischartening such bias claims of calumny are not trying to be their brother -keepers , rather they're playing to the gallery, because their paymasters are trying to discredit the Hon.Minister of petroleum State and are hell rent to see his downfall unknowingly Mr. President of our great Nation Bola Ahmed Timubu is the Minister for petroleum and Se. Heineken Lokpobiri is the Minister for petroleum State and he takes directives from his boss the President of Nigeria.
We the council of organizational leader's (COOL) is calling on the president of Nigeria BOLA AHMED TIMUBU to disregard the unacceptable publication of our selfish four Ijaw youths in council to recall our amiable Leader and Father redeployment of Distinguished Senator Heineken Lokpobiri as Minister for petroleum State, we the leadership of council and founding fathers are full in support of your administration and leadership qualities to amend the economy between a year six months and scarcity of oil/gas in our region Niger Delta and Nigeria our Nation , the leadership of (COOL) are unequivocally committed to a better Nigeria in all aspects of the country economy including the oil & gas sector's being the highest producers of Oil & Gas in African continent which is the privotal driving force of the country economy,the hon. Minister took charge at the ranging from dysfunctional refineries,imported refined crude at state petroleum at cut throat price as finished products , subsidy removal and oil theft with other challenges too numerous to mention.
The Minister in his capacity has gone around the Refinaries to ensure the speedy rehabilitation and proper functionality of the refind products can be affordable and accessable by all and sundry.
We've found that the listing President of Nigeria Bola Ahmed Timubu (GCFR) to ignore the publication so it is Lugubrious for these elements in council to go about parading themselves as a mouthpiece for Ijaw Nation which is unacceptable,bias and tantamount to which hunting of the Distinguished Senator Heineken Lokpobiri , Minister for petroleum State,this dare devil, style of creating animosity at the Federal level against the Minister, when we know the series problems facing the oil/gas sector's which the Minister is running round the clock to fix and put in to proper perspective so that the Nation and Niger Delta Region with it's God's given National Resources can enjoy that is why he was deemed fit t occupy the exalted office as first Petroleum Minister for petroleum from Ekeremo Local Government Area in Bayelsa State in Niger Delta Region.
We are warning all the Niger Delta son's and daughters most especially the four (4) executive members of Ijaw youth council; Maobuye Nengi Obu - Secretary general IYC Worldwide, Come. Miracle Iyaye - National woman Leader, Come. Abiye Bob-Manuel Deputy Director of Mobilization , Barr. Tamunotonye David -Altraide National Legal Adviser who are orchestrating such malicious act to desist from such pull down syndromes for menial gains cos we will not hesitate to take drastic measures to ensure sanity is brought back to council so that such ugly trending will not rear his ugly face again.
