The city of Yenagoa played host to a gathering of journalists from across the region as they converged on Ebitare Hotels for a Media/Familiarization Conference.
The event, held on Saturday, 14th of September, brought together media practitioners from various platforms to engage in discussions, share experiences, and foster relationships with key stakeholders in the energy industry particularly the NNPCL, NUPRC and NMDPRA.
The conference provided a platform for journalists to network, learn about new developments in the sector, especially as it relates to the workings of the NNPCL, explore opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Organizers of the event expressed satisfaction with the turnout and the quality of discussions, noting that the conference would help strengthen the media landscape in the region as well as bring information from NNPCL closer to the people.
