Over 50 Killed in Devastating Attack on Irigwe Community in Plateau State.

At least 51 people have been confirmed dead following a brutal overnight attack on Zikke hamlet in Kimakpa community, Kwall District of Irigwe Chiefdom, Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State.

The attack, which occurred late Sunday night, left a trail of destruction, with dozens of homes razed and properties destroyed. Residents say the community is now gripped by fear and mourning as families reel from the loss of loved ones and the devastation of their homes.

Local authorities have yet to release an official statement on the perpetrators or motive behind the attack, but security forces have reportedly been deployed to the area to restore calm and prevent further violence.
