In a shocking move, Comrade Bright Adoewori and his group have officially withdrawn from the End Bad Governance Protest, citing the hijacking of the movement by hoodlums as the reason for their departure.
According to Comrade Adoewori, the group leader, they had initially participated in the protest with enthusiasm, joining thousands of others on the first day. However, they soon realized that the protest had been infiltrated by hoodlums, prompting their decision to withdraw.
"We can no longer continue to be part of a movement that has been hijacked by hoodlums," Comrade Adoewori stated. "We appreciate the efforts of the Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, and the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, in maintaining peace and order in the state."
The group's withdrawal comes as a significant development in the ongoing protest, raising questions about the future direction of the movement.
